The best place to get the job done right the first time and save money doing it. Glad I called them for my furnace problems. Highly recommended
My heat went out on Saturday, December 23rd in the afternoon. First Tim responded in less than an hour. He put in a new a thermostat. It worked a bit. Then around 5pm the heat went out again. Next Tim responded and arrived about an 1 1/2 hour later. He put in a new blower motor. Now I am enjoying the warmth. Both men were very courteous and informative. Matt was very informative and explained well the furnace humidifier situation I had.
Upon having a maintenance check done on our furnace the field technician, Tim G. noted a major issue. He resolved the issue but we decided it was time for a new unit. The installation pros, Matt W and John B did the work install our new furnace. Totally satisfied with the workmanship and communication with this company. Everything done was explained to us.
John was very professional and courteous. He explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. I would recommend him and your company to our friends. I would say a valued employee.
Nathan did a fine job in tuning up our gas furnace. No negatives whatsoever.
No one should use this "business". Called last Wednesday that I suspected the ignitor was out on the furnace, tech cane out next day to confirm. Finally got a call back today (Monday) with a price and would I like the part ordered? It's November in Michigan and I don't have heat, yes I want my part. Stay as far away from them as you can...
We've been using Hodgson Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. They have always been reliable, and we trust them to take care of all our heating and cooling needs.
I was scheduled for an annual furnace service. The tech was able to arrive earlier than planned due to a cancellation. He put covers on his shoes prior to entering the house. He was courteous and able to answer questions regarding future upgrades to my system. Very pleased with the service.
