By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Justin did a great job explaining all of the features of the Mazda 3 and walked me through the whole process. Joe, the finance director, was a pleasure to work with and explained the different payment options thoroughly so that I understood exactly what I was paying for.

This dealership is not at all what I expected. Sure, they want to sell cars, it's what they do. But they dont pressure or argue. They listen and do their best to come through for you. Robert is genuinely there to assist you, not run you through a process. I love my new car, and my new dealership!

Hilley sold me a used car that had been wrecked. I bought a 2014 used kia Rio from hilley of hurst. They presented me with a carfax indicatiing the car had never been wrecked. I bought the car and while taking it home the air bag deployment lights came on. I took it to a kia dealership the next day and low and behold the car had been in a front end collision. I called hilley mazda and said I would take the car as is but needed a price adjustment as they had charged a high price. They refused . I then said recind the contract... read more

Great customer service.. my original appointment was in Arlington but when I scheduled my appointment on Friday the service guy wasn't to friendly. I didn't want to go back there for my service appointment today.. Hurst is my new service home ..

They are a good dealership willing to continue to service the cars they sell years after they there were sold. I like going there because they have done every maintenance issue on my car a very ... mature Mazda 6. You can wait without worrying about being 'sold' on a new car. Loner cars often been available for service lasting longer than a day.
