I went to Hiley looking for a new car for my wife. Have to say that the experience was great. I was attended by Jorge Bassett and he was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very confident about the decision I made. Also Mike was phenomenal. My wife is happy so I am happy. Highly recommend Hiley. Go and ask for Jorge, you won't regret it.

I wish I could give half a star. My recent Miata purchase was the absolute worst experience I'v had in 50 years of buying cars, trucks, trailers and motorcycles!

The sales experience was good. So I decided to recommend a friend of mine. I took him to sales person Luke and all went well. I was offered referral reward which I have not received even 4 months of asking them over phone or in person. Looks like they don't care about repeating customer. I really like my Mazda CX-5 though. Service was below average.

My wife and I just leased a 2016 CX 5 from Hiley Mazda. Our salesman Jeremy Williams and the whole team at Hliey made it a pleasant hassle free experience. Go visit the guys at Hiley in Hurst and be sure that you speak with Joe when financing your car. You will be glad that you did!

My fiance and I were looking for a Traverse after our previous was totaled. we dealt with four other dealerships in a matter of three weeks before I went to Hilly Mazda. They were able to get us in a Traverse that met the terms we needed. We started the process Friday morning and signed the papers on Saturday night. Service dapartment is not managed well! If you take your car in early--or anytime--be prepared to stay or it will be the last one worked on! Needed a wheel bearing replaced on my Miata but they had to order part--ok. Called on Tuesday but had no loaner vehicles available. Because my job requires travel to different places during the day, couldn't use shuttle service. Took it in at 8:40 on Saturday morning, went to get breakfast, came back at 10:30 and my car hadn't been moved! 30 other cars were now ahead of me! Excuse from ... read more
