We purchased a car less than 6 weeks ago and the engine is now blown. This is days before our first payment is due. After calling our sales agent, he stated that the car passed inspection, by their technicians, to sell and could do nothing about it. I asked what the technicians checked and he could not tell me. This is day one to resolve this issue. Awaiting callback from Pre-owned manager.

I would not recommend!!! They will tell you what you want to hear until you sign on the bottom line. I just purchase a vehicle last week. Told the salesman that I wanted to make sure the vehicle had the auto high beam headlights several times. He assured me the vehicle was equipped with it. Got home and started learning how to operate all the gadgets and guess what... it doesn't have it. It doesnt even have remote start!! I have had the best buying experience to date . Bruce Carlton was my salesman and Mike did my financing. These guys take great care of you!!! I’m super picky and will admit it but these gentlemen have earned every star I gave them. So if you want a new Mazda or car and are willing to drive these guys and this dealership are the only place you need to go! Keep up the good work.
We own CX-9 and CX-5. I appreciate being treated liked a valued customer. This is a very transparent and honest business where employees try to help, instead of trying to make money of you. I highly recommend this location!
