My wife and I bought an Suv and Van from Hiley of Hurst and the Sales Rep Jerry Sevier was just the best!! He worked hard to find us the vehicles we needed and in the price range we could afford!! Jerry never pressured me and always welcomed me with a great attitude and smile in the many trips I made to the dealership. Rj, Luke and Mike were also a big help and I'd like to thank them as well. If you ever felt pressured when you go to a dealership and get overwhelmed by salespeople, you won't get that at Hiley Mazda of Hurst. From start to finish, everyone made we feel really welcomed and were never hesitant to answer my questions. Josh, Richard and Mike were wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Hiley Mazda of Hurst first. Thank you and best wishes to all the Team at Mazda.

I purchased my first car while in high school in 1966, and can honestly say that working with Hiley Mazda of Hurst team was my best car buying experience ever! Justin Sample and Joe Parker provided a true VIP level of service and support. They were responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. Because of their willingness to 'go the extra mile', it made my new car decision very easy.

Waiting almost two hours for an oil change at this dealer - and I had an appointment. Will never be back!

Beat pace I have EVER been to puchase a vehicle... Brennan was our sales consultant and there was no pressure, no hassle and we didn't spend all day there, took maybe 3 hours max. You ROCK Brennan

Here it is the 4th/5th time that I will be bringing my Mazda 3 back to have the driver's side visor fixed. Why? Because it keeps falling out of the ceiling!! It has happened twice while I was driving and it hit me in the face!!!! Yes, very dangerous & can cause an accident to happen!! Hopefully it'll be done right this time if not, I will be uploading the photos of it to the news channels. Hopefully NBC 5 will be able to investigate to see why this continues to happen!!!

I purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 and I am very disappointed in the Yokohama tires it came with. I just replaced all 4 tires at a cost of $300. Contacted Yokohama and they were no help at all. I filled out a Hiley Mazda customer contact form expressing my dissatisfaction and received a reply offering to help me with my new car purchase. Obviously no one reads those emails. I wonder if anyone will read this one.
