Jennifer Parker did horrible. I turned in a credit check and never heard back from her I tried reaching out to her multiple times ( at least ten times ) and had other people tell me they were going to have her call me and she never did. Then a week later when I call someone else tells me that the Mazda was on hold for someone else. And still Jennifer didn't get back with me. My family has purchased three new Mazdas in the past five years, two of which from the Hiley dealership in Hurst. Every time we visit Hiley, it is an easy and welcoming experience. Everyone is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Bought a new Mazda 3 last Friday night. Went in at 7:00 and was done in a little over an hour due to very efficient and courteous service by the entire Hiley team. Justin Sample was a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales rep that helped me. I would recommend going to Hiley if you are in the market for a new or used car.
