Brought my CX5 to the FOUR times for the same infotainment issue. When it was brought back to me on the 4th time, the people in my car weren't wearing a mask and there was left over ice cream in my car. I called upset (because who does that???) and was offered a free detail to make up for it. They picked it up this morning (STILL not wearing a mask) and I just got it back to find A DENT IN MY DOOR FRAME. Of COURSE no one is answering the phone or calling me back. Stay away from this dealership.

absolute worst place to do business. Darius Moghadam lied to our faces in order to make a sale. traded us a car WITH ZERO OIL IN IT and then failed to do their job when the car was brought back to service the problems, they provided us with a dirty rental (in the middle of a pandemic!!! 🥴😷), told us they couldn’t fix the problems, threatened to report the rental stolen due to miscommunication between the salesmen and service crew and then lied (yet again) that they had a different car for us only to get there and realize n... read more

I would give them a negative 10 if I could. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano from Darius M. To make a long story short the car needs a new motor. When I called him he was unapologetic and rude. Never has the car dealership tried to make this right. Please don’t purchase a car here. I have 3 different shops to inspect the car and they all said the motor was bad. This was less than 2 weeks of having the car. Warranty voided because prior owners never had oil changed

because when I bought my new 2017 Mazda 6 touring the car play option was not available but apparently I paid for it as Bruce my car salesman told me I did when he went over the options with me and told me when it came out the update that is that all I had to do was bring it up and they would update it cuz that's the only way it could be done at the dealer and there be no charge..... well when the update did come out I called them and inquired about it and this was like a yea... I purchased a vehicle and warranty that was promised would cover bumper to bumper from here and 2 months later, had to purchase tires. Less than six months later, fuses started blowing and a list of codes were listed. Hiley refuses to fix the problems and offered to "buy back" the vehicle for $5000 less than what I paid for it, and they would get to keep the $1100 tires! I'm a single mom of 6 and they are screwing me.
