They charge my credit card that they do not even accept which is Chime.Notify them the date of the money being taken for my account they told me my money would be in my account full refund amount within 10 business days so I reported this on September 5th so that made my refund should have been in my account September 19th however now they're telling me it's going to take another 7 to 10 days and are taken out at $50 cancellation fee That is **** **** I don't recommend anyone to use this company they are scammers

Worst rental experience. Ever. I was told to bring the vehicle back to my repair shop with only a 1/4 of a tank. My experience has always been returning vehicles with a full tank, but the agent assured me they just needed enough fuel to bring the vehicle back from my repair service shop. Well, that was a big lie, as I was called today after returning the vehicle with a 1/4 tank. Had Hertz not told me that, I would have filled it up. Hertz Harry Reid Airport left me fuming. I pre-booked a Tesla Model Y, but upon arrival, the ordeal began. They made me wait for an excruciating hour. Finally, they handed over a dirty Tesla Model 3 with only 70% battery, despite no mention in the paperwork. Las Vegas' scorching September heat necessitated functioning AC, but the one in the car emitted a vile odor. The tipping point was the unauthorized switch from the Tesla Model Y to the Model 3. I was in the process of renting a car online with Hertz. As I went through the process I was going to use my "Hertz points", approximately 1, 900 of them. I clicked to use my card, and it didnt work so I went back a screen and the process reset, but all ***************************************************************************************** out. I emailed Hertz multiple times about this and still one month later they have not restored the points. As an organization, their business practices appear to be corrupt.

Terrible experience. Staff at this location are incomprehensibly bad. Absolutely no customer service. Management does not make themselves available to customers. Had a reservation paid in full and arrived at the counter to be told they did not have a car for me. Counter staff offered no support. They literally sat at the counter in front me and looked the away and ignored my questions. Hertz corporate support is nearly impossible to reach, but when you do get a person on the phone, they tell you to call the local branch. I a... read more

Rented a Tesla from Hertz. Supercharger wouldn't charge the car. Other Tesla owners at the Supercharger said it is connecting but it looks like you haven't paid your bills! I told them it is a Hertz rental and the car is on their account and the cost is supposed to pass through. Tried to load the app but cannot because I don't own the car. Called Hertz and completely abused by the customer service/emergency service supervisor who told me that I have to pay to have it towed back to the airport. Poor service! They rented us a car that was in a collision and the bumper popped out and was unstable. When we said we didnt want it and requested a new one they said we wont rent to you.

This Company Hertz should have zero stars..So we have a reservation for a rental, consequently both of our flights were running late, we tried TO CALL THEM to let them know about our pick up time possibly changing no one answered the phone. I had several calls made to them they were not answering, family members trying to reach out to them as well no luck. Why a business has a phone number for customer service and not ever answer the phones makes no sense. Phone ring and ring waiting for customer service no one answering BAD... read more
