I was disrespected by the Manager just because I was trying to established a understanding on my reservation price the difference between my email and the branch price. The biggest scamming rental car company. I reserved a car at the 9150 S Main St location. The car was not ready until hours after my reservation time. I called several times and finally a vehicle was there and it was not what I reserved. I got a small suv that had multiple maintenance lights to come on during my drive. If only there was a 0 ☆ option! Worst customer service experience ever! Save yourself the frustration of dealing with people that hate their jobs and go anywhere else or just walk!
I wanted to give you no stars but I had to put one I rented a vehicle and paid up front to go to see my son's game and when I showed up to the rental place they sent me to it was closed and nobody knew it was closed nobody took responsibility for it I was reimbursed nothing but what I paid for the car and I still got charged insurance, still had to pay for the Uber, had to cancel the hotel and miss my son's game thank you ********!
The worst experience to date. Don't ever acccredit them. Maxed my credit card with erroneous charges.
I live in an agricultural community in the mountains called Bozeman Montana. My family has been here for over a 140 years.. They literally designed and built the building that Hertz sets in. It's winter. Fortunately, I hit it dear the night before Thanksgiving. Is not a lot of rental options on Thanksgiving in Bozeman Montana. So ended up at Hertz at the airport.. I returned my rental car on the correct day and an hour or two early. My credit card is still being charged for the car I returned, they are saying I still have it. They give you no proof you returned the car, I got mine at Denver International Airport. When I pulled into the lane they told me to other rentals were being returned. Hertz has the worst customer service I've ever seen from a company. I had some issues with my rental and when I returned it I brought it up to manager on duty. Said I would receive a credit back which would have totally satisfied me. Waited the appropriate amount of time. Could never ever get someone on the phone from the local rental during my vacation. I rented a SUV from Hertz through Priceline 6 weeks in advance. I paid on the day of the reservation; it was $374.77. We were in need of the vehicle for a family trip 700+ miles away. The day before we were to pick up the vehicle, I called Priceline to push back our pickup time. I was informed that I needed to contact Hertz.
