I had a great experience getting my '02 Civic serviced here. Jesus Cubero took care of my timing belt, rear brakes, recalled parts, oil change, brake lights and some other problems they found for a good price. He communicated with me and listened to my priorities--as a grad student, I don't have a lot of money to put into my car and I can't afford a new one. He was so knowledgeable about all my questions/concerns. He was not pushy what so ever, and he was refreshingly honest. I had spoken to a few different dealers before speaking to John Ward who by far has to have the most patience of anyone I’ve ever met, esp. with ALL of the questions I had! Because of that I ended up going in Before my scheduled appt. and test drove with Sam Fisher who was very helpful before meeting with John. The whole process was very smooth!
