I can not say enough about the exceptiontional service that I received from Jim Burrows and so many others @ Hendrick Honda. I can truly say that I will always have a honda purchased and serviced by Hendrick Honda because of people like Melissa Evans, Tony & Rueben in parts, Michael Sheltra in IT, Dan in service, and Gus Forbes in new car sales!!! You guys are amazing!!
Clarissa Parks was very helpful and attentive when I brought my 2006 Honda Pilot in for servicing and replacement of my driver's side airbag (as mandated by recall). She explained what would be done and arranged to get me to Enterprise to rent a car for the day. She was careful to keep in contact with me both by phone and e-mail and sent me a detailed report of the work done, the estimate, and discounts given. Thanks, Clarissa!

I had a great experience with the Hendrick Honda service department last Saturday, April 11, 2015, when our Odyssey wouldn't start, except with jumper cables. Even though I arrived there at a mere 40 minutes before closing time, the service rep, Jesus Cubero, was courteous, understanding and extremely helpful. He raced to get the problem diagnosed, check with me about the situation and then to have the problem solved. I was so confused when I received an email about trading my car. I went to the dealership for a routine service, but I was curious about the e-mail. I was introduced to Paul York. Initially he was suppose to take me to the originator of the e-mail. Since he was unavailable, I was given the chance to talk to Paul and received clarity on the situation. They are absolutely amazing! I've bought 2 cars from them and couldn't be happier. I recently was about to go out of town and the battery in my car died. I pulled into the dealership at 7:08pm and Sean came rushing out and I told him what was wrong and he got Service to put in a new battery in 20 minutes and off I went to enjoy my few days off. He even called me back today to see how I was making out and if everything was ok. That's customer service �
