My husband and I bought a Honda Odyssey this past Tuesday from Hendrick Honda and we had a wonderful experience. We worked with Wayne Alexander (salesman) and Wayne Miller (financing). They were great. I don't enjoy sales negotiations but Wayne A.was a pleasure and Wayne M. got us the payments we needed. I have not had any interactions with the service department so I cant speak of that. So far we are very pleased and LOVE our new honda :)
Scott Wendel did the work on my Honda and I thought it would take a long time as it was a recall, but he had it done way before the time he quoted. Awesome!!!
Danny Canon didn't excellent job taking care of the repair on my Honda. He went out of his way to take care of us and truly went the extra mile. He explained the repair every step of the way and kept us abreast of the status. because of his great service I will return as a loyal customer!
I bought my first Honda back in June from Hendrick Honda. Ronnie Lopez was the best sales person I've ever dealt with. He was not pushy, understood I had a budget and helped me with every decision and ever piece of paperwork I had to deal with. I also got my first oil change with Hendrick Honda last week and I was very pleased. I have free oil changes with my warranty, and they were fairly quick with it! The "waiting" area is very nice. Overall I have been very pleased with Hendrick Honda as a whole! Thank you!
This is my first Honda and I couldn't be more thankful for the positive experience I had dealing with Troy Rivens. From my initial contact with the dealership, to the the final contract being signed, I was treated with respect and never felt pressured to make a decision. I just bought a car here today. The salesman who worked with me (Sam) was so nice and very helpful. The manager worked out a great deal for me that was exactly what I was looking for. He was also really friendly and didn't pressure me at all. I really had a pleasant experience!
