I bought my car at Scott Clark but live near Hendrick Honda. I am so happy that I switched and have been going here ever since. My service guy ( Jeffery Smith) is amazing and figured out what another technician missed on a tire rotation :) He got down on the ground and handled and looked at the tire I was still having issues w and took care of the bent rim right away! The worst experience ever with Hendrick jerking us around getting the paperssent to the wrong address, I told Kelly Johard repeatedly to send to a specific address and when Mary Lane came back from vacation, she sent papers to the wrong address. There was a note put on the papers stating that they go to a specific address. They denied wrongdoing and ignored our calls and not even a phone call to see how we liked the car. Manh Nguyen was extremely professional and had everything ready to go for me quickly! I was able to get a payment I was comfortable with and didn't have to spend hours haggling and getting the run around.
Worst car trading experience I have ever had. After days of email and phone conversations so that most details were ironed out prior to driving 1.5 hours to get there, I was met with an untruthful, condescending salesman (Sam) and even worse sales manager (Stuart) after spending 5 HOURS to get the deal done. In the end I got the vehicle at the price I wanted, but noone should have to deal with that kind of BS. I just hope they learn as much from the experience as I did
I would give them a less stars if I could. I took my Honda accord to get it inspected and get the D4 light fixed because it would come on after driving a few miles. Honda did fix it and charged me close to. $400. They found additional stuff that needed fixing which I ok but asked them if I could pick up the car later in the week. They told me they would charge me $10 per day after. I went to pick up my car and after paying my bill I my car would not start. I have never had problems starting this car.. Never. Love the service
I bought used nissan Altima two weeks ago from Hendrick Honda in Greenville NC. When I open the hood at home I found oil everywhere and loose air intake. Suspicious I took the car on Monday to Greenville Nissan. They were nice enough to check it for free. Well, their printed report stated several significant problems requiring immediate attention, including significant oil system leakage, steering system leakage, and cooling system leakage.
