Jesus Cubero and the whole Hendrick team are amazing. Every time I go in for service, I am impresssed. They are quick, polite and friendly. Most importantly, they give honest opinions on the maintenance I need as well as things I could do now or put off until a later date. Dave Thomas is an awesome service consultant. My son has a 2003 Honda Accord that needed major work. I entrusted Dave to get everything done for me letting him know that we were on a tight time schedule. With no worry, all the work was completed in the same day efficiently. Thanks Dave!
Jessica Johnson did a great job. She worked with us from start to finish and we kept here at Hendrick honda til after 10pm. She took care of us the next day and even worked to resolve an issue a few days after the sale. This is our 6th Honda. We loved Tim Billups but Jessica was excellent.
