We have been going to Hendrick Honda since we moved to NC in 2010... We have purchased at least 3-4 new cars and love the experience each time. Most recently Vickie Athey, Andrew Patteson, and Kelly Hard were awesome during our purchase of a new pilot and a used Miata. Also, can't forget to mention Jeff Smith in Service who has continued to be an awesome resource and makes us feel like family. We will not go anywhere else.......
Hats off to salesman Joe Walker! On Feb 13 I visited Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. to redeem a $25 gift certificate for a store credit by taking a free test drive. I told Joe right away why I was there and that I wouldn't be buying a car in the near future - and didn't care to test drive anything that day. But Joe Walker was a total professional. Bought a 2015 CR-V last Thursday with terrific service and assistance from Manuel Dasilva at the South Blvd store. This is the 3rd Honda over the years from Hendrick. Good cars and great people.

Had a great purchase experience with Chris Robinson. He gave me the best deal and worked hard to ensure that I rode off with my favorite car on that night itself. Hendrick honda is one of the largest dealerships, so the chances of finding the model/colors of your choice are higher.
Situation has gotten out of hand!!! Sister purchased 2008 BMW 535i Friday 1/30/2015 Hendricks Honda in Hickory. Car broke down while I was driving it Saturday 1/31/2015 in Charlotte. That less than 24 hrs!!!! Exhaust blowing white smoke. Vehicle wont stay started. Was able to get the car to limp to Hendricks Honda in Charlotte. I was told Saturday that Monday car would be towed to Hendricks BMW (thats where the car was originally shipped from to purchase in Hickory) because they weren't able to repair it. Don't think I will be buying a car from Hendrick Honda.... I drove over an hour just to look at a car I was serious about buying. I made an appointment and they knew I was coming for this specifically this vehicle! When I got there they told me they had just sold it! Seriously that's BAD customer service! Not only did I waste my time but my gas as well!!
