I went to Hendrick Honda today to get some damaged looked at on my car. The collision center was beyond helpful. I was in and out within 10 min and John emailed me my estimate by the time I had gotten home. While I was there I went to the service department to see about getting my key fixed. Thought it would be an easy process since it was just a piece of plastic that broke. After talking to the assoc he told me that it was going to cost me $33 to fix. I have been a Hendrick Honda customer for the last 17 years. Last Saturday I went there to purchase a new Honda. I need for you to know that I was treated with kindness and respect AND received an excellent buy at a fantastic price. Enjoyed exceptional service while purchasing my new CRV. Richard Peacock treated me with respect, negotiated fairly and took the time to explain all the features of the car to me to ensure full understanding. Overall experience was five star!
UPDATE: I gave it another shot and had a MUCH better experience this time around. I would give the 2nd visit a 5 star review. The business reached out to me, discussed my experience, and made it right. -\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\ I scheduled a simple service appointment (oil change and tire rotation) at 11:45 AM.
