We always have great customer service in the sales and service departments. Ken Hill took care of my husband and I in the purchase of two cars recently. He was very patient patient as the process was longer than usual with two purchases. We are very pleased with out purchases and will be going back for services as necessary. The service department has an amazing waiting room with wifi. I never wait longer than the estimated wait time.

Thank you Hendrick Honda for providing such incredibly knowledgeable sales representatives. I was introduced to Melissa Evans and found my experience with her to quite positive. She was personable and patient and went beyond the expected to make buying a car an easy and pleasant experience. Her follow up training once the sale was complete enabled me to leave the lot with a degree of understanding of my new computer on wheels. I was most pleased with the whole buying process.

I bought my Odyssey there, new, in 2006. Hendrick has always given excellent service. Two weeks ago the Odyssey and i were in an accident. I came out fine, the Odyssey not so lucky. As things go, this was not a convenient time to have my car in shop. Karl Haley at Hendrick did all the leg work, had it towed in, worked with my insurance company and got the car completed. I bought my first car from Hendrix Honda. From the beginning, they have been very friendly and helpful during that process. Now, when I get my car serviced I always rely on Don Gun to help me out. He does a great job informing me about what they are doing and important things that need to get done. 5 stars go out to you!
Got my oil changed at a local Meineke and they messed up my car. I came in without an appointment since I was on my way out of town John Miller got us in immediately and ensured the issue was fixed promptly so we could get back on the road. He was exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and professional. I will never take my Civic anywhere else again. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for an amazing experience!
