I have been working with Paul York at Hendrick Honda for over 3 years, and have purchased 2 cars during that time frame. Customer service is always excellent - he always remembers my name, greest me when he sees me - even if it's just for a service visit. I appreciate the fact that selling cars is what he does for a living, but that he knows his clientele and genuinely cares about them at the same time. It's obviously not just a job for Paul. I never make an appointment. I just show up and I never have a long wait. This last time, I had a little but of a longer wait than usual. But check-in and check-out were speedy. My only complaint is that somebody changed my audio from my flash drive (a collection of cd music) to an AM station. And that is not the first time that has happened. When I left, I only had to wait for one car to make my left turn onto South Blvd. Usually, it is many, many cars.

Since moving here 19 months ago from CT I have had nothing but positive experiences with Hendricks Honda Charlotte. Jeffrey Smith has gone above and beyond to make the transition from my old dealership to here very smooth. Hard to do seeing we used the old dealership 20+ years.
