Mr. Nidal Hindi was a God send. He takes his sales job seriously, and more importantly he genuinely seemed to really want to see me happy. And, he did. I dreaded bringing my car in for it's first oil change etc. because of my experiences when I bought my car. My salesman was great but it went downhill after that. It took over 2months to get a tag, I had my loan in place when I came in and I let him talk me into going with Coastal. A big mistake as it's very inconvenient to deal with them long distance. I wasn't told they weren't local. He asks for my insurance card to 'be sure I had coverage'. 3 weeks later I found out he added my new car on my policy and canceled the insur... read more
