Henderick Honda cares for all of my needs in a timely manner. They are honest and hardworking and always make me feel at home when I have to wait. During my past experience, Dennis Sanford assisted me in repairing my vehicle and was extremely kind and welcoming. This is my favorite place to go to for any of my Honda needs!
There is only one Honda Dealership for me. For the past twelve years, I have enjoyed bringing my car to Hendrick Honda Charlotte for service and I have just purchased my second car from them! Sean McLane, Andy and Marty Stafford have been absolutely wonderful to me! They helped me get the right car at the right price! They are all so very kind and helpful. Took my CRV in for an oil change Friday afternoon & Dennis Sanford took great care of me & my car as always. They were crazy busy & he was very up front telling me that it might take as much as two hours. I appreciated the heads up but they got me out in less than an hour!!

We just purchased a 2016 Accord. This is our fourth Honda purchase. We had a wonderful experience. Our service advisor, Jim Burrows is the best. He was a help and set us up with Stephen Bagwell who helped us with the purchase. We were also blessed by Sean who is I believe the sales manager. What a great group of people at Hendrick Honda. We have purchased all four Hondas at this location and maintained our cars there. We have always had a great experience!
Took my Honda in for oil change and Danny Cannon serviced. He was great, so helpful. I really appreciated all he did. He seemed genuinely concerned to,make sure he made me happy. He also roasted my tires , checked windshield wipers,and fluid,. Thanks for all you did Danny Cannon, oh, and I got a free car wash...
I had to bring my wife's Odyssey in for a wheel alignment. I got new tires at Sams Club and they noticed issues with the tires that could have been caused by a previous accident, but they could not tell. I worked with Mr Danny Cannon and this experience has made me re-think bringing the van to a dealership. I got to my appt 30 minutes early and they took me right away, finished the work in less time that I was told and the van is running great.
