I promise I will never ever do business with them ever again or recommend anyone, I bought a car from them, they sell the car with 22 miles on the car, get the car Home change the display it has over 800 miles one it, the salesman omitted the fact that I would be buying tires every 6-7 months cause the tires can’t be rotated, the car is horrible so many issues... Worked with a salesman via phone and email and worked out a price that day after he confirmed the vehicle was still available. We communicated from 9:30 am until 2:20 in the afternoon “working a deal”. After we agreed on the price I tried calling the dealership to speak with him before I made the hour plus drive. My husband and I bought a car there in November 2017....didnt like being financed through Chase...so a month ago we refinanced with our credit union....so we bought gap insurance through Hendrick....so now they owe us a refund back....My husband and I have bought many cars with gap and always received a refund back within a week or two....check sent directly to us....So Hendrick tells us the check will go to the credit union instead of to us....Hendrick says there procedure will take 60 to 90 days.....We will not buy a car f... read more

Starting the disassembly of Capt. Proton, my Ariel Atom. FYI, Michael Chevrolet as well as Hendrick Chevrolet parts departments are absolutely worthless. They have no means to look up specific parts unless you have the Vin number to the car. Both of the parts salesmen were insistent on getting the Vin number to my Atom even after I told them that they would not have it listed in their database.
