I arrived already pre-qualified with my bank and already knew the vehicle I wanted...My salesman was great...loan officer, not so much. She ran my credit without my permission, told me they were a direct lender for my bank, called my bank and had them close the pre-approval...I was pre-qualified with my bank, I only needed a title app and bill of sale. I would not take a car from you people if it were free.... And all those 5 star reviews here are a set up and/or paid for by this lame dealership. No way your harassing tactics could possibly sell cars to anyone with a brain...
If this saves one person from nightmare I went through this is worth it. This company has yet to pay off my trade in and it has been over three months. Deceitful fraud is going on here! Buyer beware!!
Just bought a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport L2. Absolutely love the car! And the salesman that worked with us, Miguel Guerrero, is the best. We came in interested in Corvettes, but needing some education. He answered every question and made us feel very comfortable. He made the difference between buying here or continuing our search. Awful experience. They lie, tell you whatever lie they can to get you in the door. Worst car buying experience of my life. Stay away stay away. This review is real and I’m telling you to stay away. Posted my extended review on dealerrater. 1 star is generous for these snakes. However Douglas Stephens should be promoted into management, he is 5 star employee. Everything else is 1 star at best.
If I could rate a 0 I would I'll never step feet in Hendricks very unprofessional I sat in the dealership 4 hours and was told from my salesman that I would be financed for 72 months after waiting an hr and a half for finance I'm told it's 84 months. Not only have I wasted time I've had my credit pulled for nothing.
