The service department staff is always awesome to work with. They are respectful of my time and do all they can to get my service needs taken care of as quickly as possible. Stewart is the one that now takes care of me the most and I really like working with him. I recently had to use the collision center b/c apparently I decided to go hunting with my car. Chad helped me through this process and he was great. Love the team at Hendrick Hoover.
Suggest being a straight shooter, rather than pretending you can get me out of this lemon of a Dodge that I bought from HENDRICK Dodge next door. also, if you are going to appraise the interior of a brand new car as a 6 or 8, when it is immaculate, don't be asking the customer what they think. also your how to be successful in sales job aid should not be seen. just as bad as next door.
great place for sales and service
We were told one thing, went to the dealership to buy a truck, then everything changed. They will say a lot to get you in the door, then strong arm you.
I was totally disappointed in my experience at Hendrix Chevy in Hoover. The young man helping me was great. But when they Brought in the real thieves it got real bad not only were they dishonest about the pricing of the truck I was ready to buy. They were using a invoice that was not even the truck I just test drove. Terrible Terrible Terrible beware!!! I highly recommend people to go to this dealership... my salesperson Xavier Reid was the best ever... he was very patient, friendly, and worked with me until he got me into the car of my choice. When I recommend people to this dealership I most definitely would reccomend them to Xavier. He’s awesome!!!!
