Piss poor business when you post an advertised price on your website then won't honor that price.
I am so frustrated with these people right now!!! A friend needed a post dated check for her auto purchase and so I helped her. She didn't get the car for whatever reason, but Hendrick's deposited my check anyway causing my account to be overdrawn. Regions returned the check as the funds were not available (remember...she did not buy a car from them), but on yesterday Hendrick's ran it again and Regions paid it, overdrawing my account for a 2nd time. Not sure why the folks at Hendrick can’t answer questions via fb messenger. They have a listing that says one thing about a car and the pic clearly shows something different. They don’t match up, and I just wanted the correct details. They want my phone number, email address or to have me call their sales people, but they will not answer my question on fb. Never called back after being asked to come in. Horrible customer service...
They have horrible customer service. We have been trying to get a refund for the extended warranty we purchased on our previous truck. They never sent it to the finance company. When we call to talk to the finance manager, we can never get a call back and there's always an excuse as to why one can't come to the phone. Their latest excuse was that they couldn't find any of the finance managers. What kind of business are they running there?? It is absolutely ridiculous.
