Incompetence, arrogance, you name it. Will never purchase here again. My son bought his first truck here, and it was a terrible experience. One of the employees stole a pistol from his truck and Hendricks has yet to make it right. Police report filed with Hoover PD.
They are not an honest dealership. I will NEVER purchase another car from them and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

This dealership is how car salesmen get a bad rap. I went in ready to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. I found a 2017 Grand Cherokee that we thought we could agree upon a price. A salesman helped to negotiate a price that was close to what I felt was fair. After talking to a friend that sells Jeeps (in another state) he provided me some more feedback on the price that should be my "walk out the door" price. PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!Worst experience ever in buying a car. If you are looking to purchase a car go else where. I went to buy a car and the car had mechanical issues. They took the car back for a whole month almost and still haven’t fixed anything the same problems are occurring. I came to this dealership after finding a car I liked on Autotrader. Once I got there they told me that that car was gone but they had one comparable. They pulled around this hunk of junk that had not even been detailed. The car was sticky and had trash all in it. I said a firm no. Then they brought out another car that was nicer but still not what I was looking for and I told them there were other dealers closer that had the car I wanted.
