Bought a new tahoe over a month ago. Contacted them several times and still have yet to get a call back. They did not pay the vehicle off in full. Bank is holding title on vehicle that was traded. Guess they plan on it sitting there. Never paid the accessory shop for the work they done on new tahoe. They too are waiting for their money.
I had an appointment for an oil change at 11a.m. i left at 4:05 PM this is unacceptable.
Kevin Whatley and Anthony Dawson worked together to get me in a car that I never expected to be able to own. I went in just to see if it was possible and ended up walking out with the keys thanks to those two excellent salesmen! I could tell that they had my best interests in mind and they never tried to push me into a sale. All in all, outstanding customer service and great team! 10/10
Your very dishonest and would not recommend you to anyone and to anyone buying a vehicle the Hendricks package is just a slick way of getting a extra $1295.00 out of you
Not only is the customer service AWEFUL , They lie to you and waste your valuable time. They try so hard to make a sale they are willing to do whatever it takes no matter what the ending consequences are. I should have listened when everyone told me to stay away. And the manager (T.Thomas) he’s a joke so you can only imagine how his team is. He lied and said he wasn’t running credit over and over again then BOOM, 15 inquiries. My suggestion to all, if you want a nice vehicle 1000% legal, avoid this place at all cost.
Doing business with this dealership has been the worse experience ever. First of all, let me just say that I do not recommend them because they are very rude, unprofessional and shady. I purchased a vehicle from this place on August 9th and when I attempted to make my first payment on September 6th, the finance company stated they had no record of my contract. RecommendedSalesmen are honest and don’t try and out you in something out of your budget to up sell you.
Well now I see why the reviews are so low for this company to bad I didn't go to the reviews first,, everyone can't be wrong. Long story short this company have horrible customer service and extremely bad business ethics. This company tried and charge me 1500.00 to transfer the car to this State. I called the place where the car was coming from and there sister store stated that they do not charge a transfer fee to deliver to there dealership only to your home. Service advisor was nice, but waited an hour to get an oil change. I’d rather pay to go to express than wait to get a free one again.
