Horrible Service Department. If you can get them to answer the phone is a miracle. Absolutely not follow up .....
I made an appointment for 7.30am for an oil change. I was still there at 9.30am. An oil change takes 20-30 mins maximum. If I had just pulled up with no appointment then I get the wait....don't bother having the option of appointments if the appointment means nothing. Won't be back.
Horrible experience and would never refer anyone to them. They hounded me for over a week about the car I applied for. Finally went to go get the car they brought out one exactly like it but 20,000.00 more�� I'm far from stupid or desperate. Long story short I got a great deal at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet and now Hendricks calling me about there end of year B.S. Plz stop calling me I will never do business there

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!! The sales lady was fantastic, Annabella took great care with us. However, this is December 18, we bought a used car on November 8, we live in Mississippi. They collected sales tax, which they should not have done, did not give us the application for title to take to get our tag. So here we sit, with a car we can’t drive because we can’t get a tag, and get the run around and a different story every time we call. TIME FOR AN ATTORNEY!
