Hendrick himself would be mortified of how his reputation is being trampled by poor sales staff and NO post sales support. In the event you are looking for a vehicle I recommend anywhere but here.
I bought a car from here in March when we left it was later and dark, the headlights did not work. They fixed it but was going to make me give them my credit card to rent a car... I did not do that I sat here for EVER!!! Now I am driving yesterday and both headlights go out again.... I'm at Hendrix now and they don't want to fix it one they did something to and got the one on so there is something wrong with them... as so they a really rude and we waited about an hour before anyone helped us !!! This has to be one of the most incompetent dealerships that I've ever been to. They were trying to sell me a 2017 Tahoe LS for the price that I could get at Edwards Chevrolet for a LT. Not to mention the BS dealer fees, etc that they put in the contract. Along with that, the dealers do not want to put any effort in selling the car & participate in negotiations. my husband is now in the middle of the SECOND mess with these incompetent people. first time, they sold the car he traded in before the deal was good and didn't make it right until he said forget it he wanted his original car back... now he has traded and was supposed to receive a refund of gap insurance.. got the check, cashed, and cleared and then they stopped payment on the check...and the bank has frozen his checking account for 5 days. Our attorney will most definitely be in touch... count on it.
Horrible customer service. Rude manager. Wouldn’t personally buy a Chevy, but my mom did and they treated her like crap once she bought her car.
Well have changed my mind, will see what today brings
