Horrible experience. All they do is lie. No one knows what's going on. Financing is a big joke DO NOT GO HERE. The managers are rude. Sales people do not know their product. You will get passed around from person to person.
If you are looking to buy a new or used car this is the place they are very nice they treat you like family and bend over backwards for their customers
I don't even feel like elaborating on my terrible experience after leaving this place.
If I could give a 0 star I would!! Bought my vehicle in February and was promised the 3rd row of my Yukon. Here we are end of June and still can't get confirmation that they have ordered it! Talked to the lady up front (on the phone) and said we would go to the CEO if needed and she responds with "Good for you" then hung up! AWFUL customer service!!!!!!!!
We went there looking at a Lexus and when we set down to put it on paper the sales manager, not the salesman, had added $1,498.00 to the price in addition to what they had it listed for. So when u see a car listed for one price like $17,890.00 at Hendrix you need to add $1,498.00 to the listing price. I am pretty sure it is false advertisement. I will never go look there for a car and will tell everyone I meet what they do since so many don't look at the small print.

Saw car online to buy for my son's graduation gift. Do the test drive, pull credit, start paperwork and and they say "well the price is actually $2000 dollars higher because I didn't do it online. The advertisement didn't state the transaction had to take place online. So he brings it down $1000 because I was so angry. Well now fast forward to now when I finally get to reveal the car to my child.
