From beginning to end the buying process was horrible. We came in on a Sunday to look at vehicles through their "hail sale". We were shown a couple vehicles and finally had our eyes set on a what we thought was a new 2017 Malibu. After a couple days we came back in and the vehicle was a 2016 loaner car they used for people's service drop offs. They were hesitant to let me test drive the car. T service department is horrible. I called to set up an appointment, had a loaner approved prior to booking my appointment by Jerry. I called to confirm my loaner the morning of my appointment and was told I couldn't have one. It's too late to make other arrangements at this point. Thanks Hendrick Chevrolet!

If I could have rated this "business" at a zero I would have in heart beat. My husband and I went to Hendrick Chevrolet on march 24,2017 we signed on a vehicle they did not have on the lot but one they could get to us. We left that evening after spending 8+ hours in the dealership in a loaner vehicle. A week later after us calling non stop because they failed to stay in contact with us they told us they couldn't get the vehicle that we had signed on and sent a driver to us to sign new paperwork on a different truck. 1/5 bc 0 wasn't an option. We drove 1.5 hrs to look and purchase a vehicle. The day we went to look, we called prior to traveling to ensure the vehicle was still available and was told on 2 different occasions by 2 different people that it was. Upon arrival and speaking with a salesman (not the one we had spoke with because apparently our business wasn't worth waiting on) we were told the vehicle was sent to auction earlier in the day. Waited for 7 hours, SEVEN HOURS!!! For a cash purchase and they still couldn't get the paperwork together. Kept giving me the run around and then when I decided "screw it, I'm leaving," then they come out to my truck with the paperwork and every excuse in the book but it was too late. Didn't buy the car, went somewhere else and got a nicer car for cheaper.
