I purchased a 2014 camaro ss from Hendricks. I love my car. My salesman was Andrew Johnson best salesman on earth. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will be purchasing all my vehicles from Hendricks from now on.
Andrew Johnson is an awesome dealer. I definitely recommend him when doing any deals here at Hendricks please come see him . He and my fiancé have been working together to surprise me for my 21st birthday . He drove all the way to Tarrant Alabama from hoover to deliver my car in person . My jaw dropped to the floor. He showed me how everything worked in the car and made sure that I knew every detail. Any dealer that goes out of his way can definitely sale me a car . I highly recommend you get a car from him !
I absolutely love Hendrick Chevrolet, my sales man was Andrew Johnson. Andrew helped me through my whole entire process of purchasing my Car. The Car was a surprise to my fiancé and I had Andrew to deliver the car to our home and surprise him. HE DID AN AWESOME JOB!! I couldn't be more happier. Jerry Deemer in the service department is one of the most respectful and honest men in the business. I'm a single mother, I know nothing about cars, and have found that it's hard to find someone in the industry I can trust not to take advantage of my pocketbook. Taking my car to Jerry at Hendrick was a breath of fresh air and I will never deal with anyone else.
Not a good experience. Difficult to check in and waiting area is not handicapped friendly. Just had knee surgery and no one offered to help. Additionally they've had the records messed up on my car, my wife's car and my daughter's car for the last year.
This is the best dealership I've ever experienced. They got me approved in my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT when no one else could!! If you want to get a car go to Hendrick! They have dealerships coast to coast from the Carolinas down to Florida and all the way to California!!
