NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Posted misleading ad on their website and wouldn't honor info in ad until we walked out of dealership. Pathetic customer service, rude F&I clerks. Shame on me for buying the car, already having problems. Have already been back to the dealership once but they didn't fix the issue even though they told us they had. I'll contact Chevrolet and Better Business Bureau before I'll ever contact these people for anything else.
Fast and courteous. Had me in the car I needed in no time. HOWEVER, make sure your title work is done properly before you leave. I spent 2 hours in line to get my tag when I found out that Hendick's staff had voided the title application I had in hand. They sent the corrected one with the wrong sale date via fax to the courthouse (bought the car July 21st, getting tag July 29th, sale date on new title app was July 30th) which made it to where I have to go back to the courthouse to stand in long lines again. I purchase a car with them about a week ago they call me later for me to come in and sign some paperwork and they took the car back out to me by a battery a new battery for the car said that the finance company had backed out but I had all my paperwork and everything
I would not recommend Hendrick to anyone looking to buy a car after my husband And I purchased a 2015 suburban from them. I was promised they would replace the rear head rest due to it being broken. We were promised the day we left the dealer they would order it. A month later after trying to contact the company numerous times and being answered to, only to be lied to they say it was ordered and would be shipped to our house, we still have not received it and it has been 3 months since the purchase of our SUV. This is the worst service center EVER. Very rude and u professional. I had an appointment to get a recall fixed on Friday at 5pm. When I arrived on Friday at my scheduled time they told me they couldn't fix my car because they leave at 6. They didn't even pull me up on the computer and see what my recall was or that I really had an appointment, just told me NO. I bought a car yesterday had an appointment at 5pm they let me test drive one car and that was the one I got. After waiting for a long time finally finishing at 8pm when its time to go they tell me its a recall on the airbags n they can't let the car leave the lot. I was supposed to get a loaner from them til my car is done but they keep saying they can't get a dealers tag for the loaners car. They also tall me I can't get the car I sat there for 3 hrs and did all the paper work til a week cuz they have to check the air bags
