Worst dealership that I have ever dealt with! Service dept can not fix problems and was told twice that defects were General Motors problem and the worst part is the General Manager of the dealership Matt Gettys with the big sign up on call him with any problems said it! You buy a car from them good luck!!!! I feel so ripped off!
I have update my review as I have been able to get in touch with the general manager and he is being very helpful and helping to work at a resolution of my cars issue and apologized for what has happened
I was ripped off. I took my 2015 camaro to trade it . I wanted a 2016 Malibu but in silver but they promised me that they would get it. Before I even received my car they had put my car on lot for sale. Remind you it's a 2015 with 9000 miles done had service wrk and nothing is wrong. I didn't receive my car so I went back over there to get my camaro and they said they had to charge me a 1000 dollars for inspection of my vechicle . Really. I purchased two automobiles from this dealership in the past two years. I had no problems with Jon Seavers, that sold me the automobiles. However the same thing can't be said for the service department. 1st issue was with the door seals on my truck. Service Advisor stated that there was nothing wrong with the seals. (Wrinkled all around the doors on passenger side) Service Manager had to be called to get the parts changed. I went back the technician who put the parts on, didn't remove the install strip. Hendrick Chevrolet is the worst dealership in the state of Birmingham. They sold me a wreck 3500 claiming that i was brand new. I will never buy from them again. Chevrolet shouldn't let them sell there cars no more bad for business. service department wouldn't even fix the problem. stay away people.
Customer service was lacking in the service department. I called to schedule an oil change (because my first two oil changes took nearly 2 hours) I spoke to someone AT Hendrick about a specific car part that needed to be ordered and he said to come a few minutes early so he could look at my car. (That would've been a great time to tell me that I didn't really have an appt) So, I arrive at Hendrick on a Friday at noon to be told that they do not make appointments and I was speaking to someone at Atlanta. Buyer Beware!!!! I'll never spend a dime with these people ever again! Horrible, horrible, nightmarish experience in their facility. Bought a car, had it tagged in my name, purchased insurance on it, drove it for 3 weeks only to get a call saying they couldn't get the financing funded and they were taking the car back.
