A year ago I took my car in to get a part replaced in a recall. I made an appointment two weeks prior and I had made arrangements that day to get to work in Tuscaloosa and I left my car there. They called back saying, no more than 20 minutes later, they had given the part to another car and didn't replace it on my car. They told me I was going to get a call from them within a week. I've been giving consideration to buying a new SUV. There's nothing wrong with my current SUV, I just don't really like it and I would like something a little larger to accommodate my son's stroller. This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered.... was filled with nothing but lies and wasted time... Was told that we had a deal 100% guaranteed... That deal changed, tried to force us in a different car for 12k that was worth 8k at best... Then kept raising the down payment.. After we were promised a brand new car with nothing down..
