I want to thank Hendrick Chevrolet for a simple enough transaction. I knew what I wanted before I got there and called ahead to make sure it would be there when we arrived. Sure enough, we showed up, asked for it, they brought it out, test drove it, and decided, yes, this is what my family and I were looking for. The paperwork was started. The actual process of buying a car wasn't terrible but after I bought it has been a nightmare. Within a week the car I bought from them had to be taken back in not once but twice. I have since sold the car so I have been trying to get my extended warranty they sell refunded. Well they say it takes 4-6 weeks and it has been over 2 months, still no refund, and no solid answer as to when it will be. Very poor customer service.
Save yourself the hassle and do not do business with this dealer. Their service department is terrible! First time I take my brand new Tahoe in for oil change, pick it up and there is grease in the ceiling above the drivers head. Second time I take it for a recall and when I pick it up it has a dent in the door. Finally get the appointment to get it fixed, and now can't get anyone to answer to give me an estimated day that it will be ready to pick up. Beware!!! This dealership is shady, they are liars, and they will sale your car right out from under you! I should know because they did it to me. I purchased a vehicle Saturday, was told it would arrive Wednesday, only to find out it was actually sold on Friday!!! They get you in there, lie to you, run your credit, and then don't stand true to their word! They are liars!!!! Never again will I ever step foot in this dealership again!!!

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!! Spoke with Jason Wright yesterday about a vehicle that is STILL listed on their website for sale. He told me I would need to come in before we could get the figures worked out, but he sent me a video of the vehicle and answered several questions about the vehicle. He still continued to tell me to come to the dealership ASAP. I explained to him that we were at the beach and it would be out of our way ( about 2.5 hours ) but I would try.
