Unprofessional. Unorganized. Dishonest. Those are the nicest words I can use to describe Hendrick Chevrolet and my experience. Me, my husband and 2 kids drove from Tuscaloosa to car shop and they wasted 4 hours of our time, LOST the keys to our vehicle and my husband's license. The sales manager, Richie, lied to my husband and I. He told us he would have another key and clicker made and overnight them and my husband's license. We still DO NOT have either item. This was one of the worse experiences that we have ever had to deal with when it comes to purchasing a car. They quick fast and in a hurry to get you there but when you are there it's a totally different story. We went in to see one SUV and they ended up showing us another one which was fine because my daughter ended up loving it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a car dealership. We live 1.5 hours away so I phoned just before leaving my home to make sure that the two cars I'd found on the internet were still in stock. I was assured that they were and that they would set me up with a VIP appointment and make sure both cars were pulled to the curb and waiting on me when I arrived.
