Verified Renter Great, neighbors are very respectful and quiet. Which a lot of people may not like but definitely enjoy the peace. I love that the sunset sets right in front of my apartment so I get the beautiful sun every afternoon in my living room
Verified Renter I love that it allows dogs of all sizes and inside my apartment is nice. But the property as a whole is not worth the price and is definitely not luxury. The grounds are not maintained; a construction project that took 2 years has resulted in equipment and damaged property (fences and torn up grounds). The dog park and BBQ area in phase 2 is a mess. The BBQ and fire pit have not worked in over 2 years because the propane company hasn't been replaced. The garbage compactor area is disgusting.
Verified Renter I've only moved in a day ago and the staff in the management office are fabulous to work with and accommodate your request as best as possible. Im really liking how quiet the neighbourhood is as I was recently living downtown and every night was unpredictable and loud. I cant wait for warmer weather so I can try the pool out. Hope you enjoy your experience too.
