Verified Renter A nice quiet community with almost everything nearby! Everything is clean and there are dog pick up stations. The staff is also very helpful!
Verified Renter It’s been great. I have been here for two years and never had any issues. Office staff has been understanding and helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. My apartment is beautiful and I feel safe.
Verified Renter Management and maintenance have gone downhill and it seems like you have to ask for or have something done twice or 3 times before it is correct.. The landscaping is a mess due to construction and they are not fixing it. Recently saw rats several nights in a row.

Verified Renter This has been fantastic. We moved across the Country and they worked with us to get us a beautiful apt. When we hit a rough patch, they were patient with us. I recommend Hawthorne to anyone.
Verified Renter I am very happy to be a resident of Hawthorne Commons. The staff is amazing and very attentive. My apartment is great and I have to say my favorite thing is the amount of sunlight I get everyday. There are only a few things I would suggest is some type of play area for the kids, maybe a park and also a community room for the residents.
