Verified Renter The management on property is terrible. There is no communication from the manager and the staff turn over is a few months. There are ladders and siding that have been laying around for 2 years. The BBQs and firepit have also not worked for 2 years.

Long time community member When I first moved in landscaping was beautiful. It is but at 4 First Street the rear of buildings grass not repaired, used to have flowers around all entrances etc. Even found flower pots at pool with just weeds growing. No working grills or fire pits at 205 highland or 4 first street! Maintenance is still on top of needs!
