Verified Renter I feel safe living here and it’s nice to have snow removal during the winter if necessary. It would be nice if there were more maintenance attention paid to the lower level apartments. The grass and ground was very torn up by construction. The fences on the back of the first street apartments have a lot of space beneath them making it easy for larger animals to get onto the property. Verified Renter Love apartment! Road at bottom of hill is frequently traveled and cars can be super loud. But nice people and place. Maintenance is the best!

Verified Renter Upkeep of the property is terrible. Replacing the siding took 2 summers, it still hasn't been cleaned up. The BBQs in phase 2 have not worked on 2 years. There is constantly garbage that is left around, and 3 vehicles with flat tires have been in the parking lot for several months.

Verified Renter Staff is amazing! Clean and quiet complex. Trash and recycling are easily located. Parking is always available for myself and guests. I really enjoy it here.
