Verified Renter The property is not maintained. There is constantly garbage around the property and overflowing the compactor, vehicles that are broken in the parking lot for a year, and amenities that haven't worked in more than 2 years.

Verified Renter Jacob at least thing was absolutely amazing ! From start to finish he was super helpful. I did have some maintenance concerns that have yet to be resolved and that is concerning. There’s not any ramps for handicap getting onto the curb that should be in place. Otherwise so far everything has been good
