Verified Renter Living here now for 2 weeks I can say it has been quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly and inviting. I have had no issues with office or maintenance. Beautiful property and upkeep is amazing. So glad I made the decision to move here!!
Verified Renter Responsiveness of office has improved greatly. Work orders have been worked on in less time. Grounds are kept very clean. Happy a new fence is going up to hide the trash area. Unfortunately residents don't keep it clean, which is no fault of the leasing staff.
Verified Renter Apartment complex has been on a complete downhill. No one cleans up after their dog. The dog parks and grounds lack maintenance. Viscous dogs on property with no reprimand. Property value has went down immensely.

Verified Renter This is Tuff, The Staff here is undeniably the best hands down. I decided to come here and live here because of what I seen. I would have like for my apt to be a little more together however My situation was different and my move in was sooner than expected .
Verified Renter The property is not maintained. There is constantly garbage around the property and overflowing the compactor, vehicles that are broken in the parking lot for a year, and amenities that haven't worked in more than 2 years.

Verified Renter Pretty clean and quiet most of the time. Enjoyable place to live. Staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful. Big plus that pets are allowed.
