Verified Renter This place has been so far amazing. The community has been very welcoming. It always seems to be very clean. The first day that both myself and my boyfriend had moved in you can tell they deep cleaned the entire apartment. The staff here is very nice and always does their best to make sure your needs are met. So far so good!

Verified Renter Everyone has been very welcoming here thus far. We've only been here 8 days, but Hawthorne Commons already feels like home to us. The scenery here is absolutely beautiful and the people are all very nice for the most part. The facilities are all clean, and there is a lot to do in this area as well. I hope to stay here for a lengthy amount of time.

Verified Renter Wish they would work with the residents that want to stay and live here but that unfortunately it's not the case with this address and complex. If you fall even just a month behind and let them know like you're supposed to it doesn't matter they start the eviction process immediately and the notice to quit.

Verified Renter Great place to live. The amenities are awesome, great location and great staff.. The pool area is Definetly a great place to be in the summertime
Verified Renter We moved nearly 2000 miles so it was daunting and we had a million questions. Kingsley and the whole team was patient, answering every question out of the million we had. We knew exactly what to expect when we got here. So far, it's better than we could have hoped.
Verified Renter The property is not well kept; there is garbage all over the property. The propane has not been in service for almost a year. This is not a luxury property.
