Cost is high,... (Verified Renter) Cost is high, and rising faster than my income; otherwise it's a good place to live. I am concerned about people driving trucks between buildings 8 and 9. It's really badly torn up. I'd suggest either block it off, or give up and pave it.

To return home in the evening & have to park on 1st st. or by building 1 when I live in bldg 4 is not ok especially when I am arriving with groceries. The fact that you gave out passes to display on our windshield I doubt very much that when a vehicle is pulled into it's spot that the tow truck driver gets out to go check whether or not the vehicles all have their tags. Rent a little... (Verified Renter) Rent a little high. But LOVE the floor plans and apartments are super spacious.
I just wish... (Verified Renter) I just wish it was less stressful with the monthly rent and that there was more stuff to do, like bingo, to delete said stress. Like I wish more community involvement could be implememted and rewarded by a few bucks off rent.
