The general upkeep... (Verified Renter) The general upkeep of the public areas is excellent. Maintenance and office personnel are very helpful. It’s very healthy living.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend for a family with no dogs and no children because of the presence of aggressive dogs. I would not recommend for families with children or dogs for the same reason.
This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a quality rental housing situation. I would strongly recommend it. Lived there for 4 years and enjoyed my stay. I also felt safe and believe the rental rates were fair and comparable to similar units in the City.
I enjoy the... (Verified Renter) I enjoy the complex but the parking continues to be an issue. I would like to see someone here on weekend evenings and towing individuals without residential stickers.
The only problem... (Verified Renter) The only problem is #1 no elevator & # 2 not enough parking spots I had to applie for a disabilty plate & in not sure if I will still be able to park close.
Once they get... (Verified Renter) Once they get the new fence put up to keep wandering kids from being able to come onto the property so easily, it will get better.
I love it... (Verified Renter) I love it here. People are so friendly. Being able to keep my dog was so important to us ass well. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The kids love the pool
