Customer service is poor. Took forever to get coffee. Machines are so tight it takes a fortune to stay and play. I will go back to coushatta .. there i dont feel as if im being robed 2 hours of playing and not even a $40.00 win My husban didnt win at all So sad ... and we are from here wow ....
I really enjoyed the staff and the gaming at the casino ... I even liked the parking . I only wished the resultants were open later.
Casino staff could be more helpful to new people. Buffet was not clean and everything looked a day old. Did like the smoke free. The valet was the most helpful.

#Facts!!! They had rats at the Buffet! And the workers act like it was not a big deal! They gave me my money back but charged me for parking because I didn't gamble for 30 minutes! Worse experience at any major hotel I've ever been to 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀😡😡😡😡😡

El hotel y casino está muy bien Pero el personal es malo Aparte yo olvide ropa y accesorios en los cajones y llame para que me lo embiaran y salieron con que no deje nada así que se quedaron con mis cosas de seguro no lo reportó la mucama muy mala honda �
Great time loved it just didn't like having to smoke outside but I won my money back so I'm good we will be back

Love this place, great people & the staff was very friendly & helpful on my first time to play blk jack & wasn't rude like most places I go!!!
