So used to walking into a casino and it smelling like an ash tray-not Harrahs Casino. Surprisingly the was not smell of cigarette smoke. I recommend .

Excellent parking garage. Friendly employees. The Hospitality City of the World. I am a bartender at Toula's across the street, and I go to Harrah's New Orleans after work for a drink. Harrah's is open 24 hours a day. You can drink & eat 24 hours a day. You can even take your drink in a plastic cup, and go to your hotel.
