I had a really good time. The Texas Holdem tables were a lot of fun and well run. Black Jack tables were not as friendly . The Dealers seemed to hate there job. But over all it was a nice experience as usual.
Huge this is got. To be the largest Casino in the South very Clean and Friendly had a nice time
The service at Harrah's Casino in New Orleans was weighed and measured found wanting and needing sad very sad. However the hotel staff was awesome Hotel staff was just awesome I will see the hotel again but I won't go back in the casino ever

Table games are good. Slot we right as usual. Table service was good but slot drink service was very slow before noon. Much better afternoon.
Wishing there were more quarter slots. Lotta penny slots 😕 but still fun.
I enjoyed playing the machines while having a few free drinks on the house for visiting and playing at Harrah's. But had to leave in a rush when New Orleans streets started over flooding do to the rain.

Very unpleasant employees never have i walked into a casino and not been greeted... i even walked the whole floor and walked back out...
The rooms were nice, stayed August 2nd-4th. There was some construction going on early in the mornings and throughout the day, hard to sleep through. Bed was comfortable. Staff was less than desired, especially housekeeping and their inability to read "do not disturb" lights. Kept waking us up. Casino floor was good, plenty of good machines. Buffet was sub-par, could have been a weekday issue. MICE in Gordon's restaurant.. not cool. No help with bellhop or service from parking garage, just the hotel entrance.. wish we would ... read more
