Do NOT try to win more than a few thousand dollars or you might be "detained" for "theft"...seriously. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I'm giving it one star because I don't have the option of giving it a 0 star. From the moment we arrived to check in, it was a doomed trip. There are a lot of things you should be aware of before you book a room in this hotel, parking fees that are not included in your resort fee, no smoking anywhere in the casino or hotel. You have to purchase your drinks in the casino, unless you are an elite gambler. The buffet was $20.00 per person and the food was the remains of the day. We didn't stay at the hotel but love the casino!Had a great time playing the slots and recieved my drinks in a timely fashion with very friendly cocktail servers.My companion thinks more roulette tables should be available but We will definitely be back for a third time!

We were there on a bus tour. I loved when I was winning especially the free games. We ate at a couple of shops and the food was good. The staff was friendly. The machines maintained and it was cleanEnjoyed our time even though I lost money other win.
My husband and I had a great trip to New Orleans. We loved our room, it was quite and clean. We appreciate the great customer service we received. Also, thank you to Janelle, one of the the table dealers, for making our nights a lot of fun. We didn't win but enjoyed our stay.
