This place is amazing! It really has everything you need right here but a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter definitely doesn't hurt for a little extra mischief! I absolutely loved it.
Hurrahs gulf coast is better... Took almost an hour to get a drink from the server after the order was placed on my machine ND I have a diamond card... Had an event in masquerade that I didn't attend but the crowd control was awful, security could have done a better job and lately the food has been horrible

I have friends who went for the weekend and they tell me This hotel has got to be the absolute worse in the chain. I gave it one star because otherwise I couldn’t leave a comment. The front desk staff is completely useless, they lack basic customer service skills and they are totally unorganized. Myself n a group of 10 had made reservations for a bachelorette party thru Book it which I have already canceled. I’m so glad I was able to avoid this headache! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
How do you not have a sports book? Either way we had so many margaritas and a very good time at the bar watching the games.
Worst casino I ever been in gamble all over the United States but this one hard to win
Love going to Harrah’s in New Orleans. Nice casino with the hotel right across the street and within walking distance to the French Quarters.
