Excellent entertainment last night with the Liza/Judy show
I have visited this property quite a few times. Every time feels like I'm treated like royalty. Justin Tye and his staff are the best.
Only game in town and they take advantage of that by offering very low incentives to regular locals.
Room great. Valet and bellmen great. Front desk rude. When we checked in late at night, the front desk was on 2nd floor. No one bothered to say anything, so next morning went there to get new keys since none of the 4 that we got were working. Stood there with another family for 10min. No humans. No one. No signage. Nothing. Finally room service girl saw us and said "they're back ok the first floor". NO signage???? Prob tHe cleanest casino I've seen in awhile. Great staff. drinks come fast, dealers are helpful and didn't have a bad experience with any worker here. Played three days in a row about 3-5 hours each day. So to not meet one employee with a bad attitude is incredible. Will be back! Thank you New Orleans Harrahs!!
Great place to play! Really like to go there now that is a non-smoking Facility.

Me and my fiancé are staying here because of hurricane Irma and they were very welcoming of our dogs ��
It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. We were only sightseeing(in New Orleans for our annivesary) Didn't win but we still had a good time
